The main topic is: “does ESG scores influence governance efficiency of strategic technology alliances”
For this to be analysed:
Third party databases (e.g. Orbis, Zephyr, EIKON, Datastream, Thompson One Banker etc.)
Public database & statistical reports (e.g. World Bank, UNCTAD, IMF etc.)
I can offer you a panel dataset as a basis for your research but you are expected to extend this dataset with data relevant you your specific research question (do you do that too or do i have to provide you with all the data?). The dataset contains information on ESG scores (from 2005 to 2020) from EIKON and financial information from Eikon/Compustat/Thompson One Banker (from 2005 to 2020).
For this to be analysed STATA has to be used. (do you work with this software?)
