However, research and analysis has failed to clarify exactly what is responsible for the decline, and the debate continues on whether it is due to improved risk factor control or increasingly sophisticated medical interventions.
1. Create your own position statement that supports either improved risk factor control or advancements in interventions as the primary reason for decline in heart disease mortality.
2.Discuss how the pathophysiology of coronary artery disease can be altered or influenced by the above.
