This is is a group project,the most important thing is I only need you to write the ,and with the underlying cultural values of its employees. If you discuss the diversity of employees / employee backgrounds at all, it MUST be in the context of how this affects the management of or the need for a unified organizational culture.I will upload my interviews of the hotel manager and more infomation,you can add what you think is important to the paper, and a sample , you only need to follow the culture part, the other part my group member will be work on.(you can use the hotel website for more references)
