Norway is much smaller than the U.S., giving consideration to both population and geography. If we wanted to adopt and adapt just one part of the Norwegian system, where should we begin? As a point of reference, health care in Norway is nationalized in that everyone can have free treatment if they use a public health facility. Private health facilities are rather sparse. Their healthcare system is widely recognized as one of the worlds top system by World Health Organization. So, think about putting their educational system on a much larger scale. Where do we start?
