● The purpose of this study is to develop factors that improve human resources in risk management. Based on the main factors that affect human resource risk management in the fast-moving consumer good companies of Kuwait, what is a suitable framework that can be developed to assist them in managing their human resources risk level? What are the main factors that improve human resource risk management in the fast-moving consumer goods companies of Kuwait?
