Risk Analysis

Select a specific system in a program or a project in the UAE; and provide the following minimum requirements:
1) The name of the program/project, and the stakeholders.
2) The estimated cost and timeframe (if not availble, then use the WBS to give an estimation).
3) The architecture (Drawing / Picture) of the selected system in the program/project.
4) Your preferred risk management process that you will use.
5) Write the risk statement properly as addressed in the lectures, and list the most (5) five important risks you anticipate in the system/project of your ICS (Risk realization).
6. Present your system’s architecture drawing to show all subsystems and elements involved.
7. From the drwaing/picture list the technical risks in the form of Systems Work Breakdown Structure (SWBS).
8. Structure a risk assessment approach to include the following:
– The risk factor calculation ( Rf ),
– Risk Handling approaches,
– Risk Assessment Matrix.
